Group Classes and Health Seminars Included With Membership!

Because we know that healthy lifestyles are achieved through nurturing mind, body and spirit, well-being and fitness at Central Care Integrated Health Services includes more than just working out.


Yoga & Chair Aerobics:

Classes teach how to focus energy and regain your inner peace, and help Improve physical strength by using breathing to connect spirit, mind, and body. The Chair Aerobics program also provides exercises for those that are less mobile or who have been inactive for extended periods of time.

The majority of the class is done in the chair.

Boot Camp & More:

Traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval and strengthtraining. It also includes various forms of skipping, jumping rope, and interval training that involves bursts of high intensity work.

For ages 5-12. Callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval and strength training. It also includes various forms of skipping, jumping rope, and interval training that involves bursts of high intensity work. Parents are welcome to join their kids for the workout.

Hip-Hop Step & Zumba:

An upbeat and innovative way to do step using the latest hip hop music while working out the entire body!A fun way to burn calories and get in shape! No experience necessary and no partner needed. Beginner classes are also available.

Group Exercises:

Group exercise programs are developmentally appropriate and help people at any stage of life build positive health habits. Participation in CCIHS classes offers opportunities for friendship, a sense of well-being, increased self-confidence and improved mental abilities.
